Tony Lane is a senior safety leadership and culture transformation consultant with more than 15 years of international experience. He has led engagements for JMJ in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, South Korea, Nigeria, and Ireland.

Prior to joining JMJ, Tony was a police officer and security specialist/consultant. His expertise includes incident investigation, HSSE management, road transportation operations and advanced/defensive driver training. In his career as a safety leadership consultant, he has worked on construction and operations projects in the oil and gas, infrastructure, mining, and public utilities sectors.

Tony is married with a grown-up daughter and lives in Northern Ireland. His hobbies include snow skiing and do-it-yourself.
