Steve is a seasoned consultant who specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation, and coaching individuals and teams. Steve’s expertise includes working with cross-functional and multicultural groups to improve design, procurement, and construction processes, and drive innovation resulting in measurable improvements in project performance and environmental health and safety.

Steve has led numerous consulting engagements both in the United States and internationally. His has worked across a range of industries including construction, upstream and downstream petrochemical, micro-electronics, mining, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.

Before joining JMJ, Steve served as the Vice President of EHS for the CRB Group where he was instrumental in transforming the organizational culture throughout the global engineering and construction organization. He also led the Environmental Health and Safety organization for Intel’s global capital projects and played a crucial role in the rollout of Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™) throughout their capital expansion organization. In addition, he has held several management positions for Jacobs Engineering Group worldwide. Apart from his work, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors on his property in North Carolina and loves the challenges the game of golf presents.
