Sharma holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Malavya Institute of Technology, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. He also possesses a Civil Engineer License from the Engineering Association of Nepal and is UPDA Certified Civil Engineer Municipality of Doha, Qatar. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali, Arabic and has a working knowledge of German.
