Sandy joined JMJ as Business Development Manager in 2008, before transitioning to the consulting team in late 2012. She has predominantly worked within the oil & gas sector across diverse countries and cultures including Qatar, UAE, Kazakhstan, Iraq and Mongolia. Sandy is also the subject matter expert (SME) for performance coaching in the Middle East, and holds a number of long-term coaching relationships with senior clientele in the region.

Sandy has extensive experience and knowledge in partnering with clients to co-design tailored organizational roll outs that engage thousands of people. She was an integral member of the team that supported Qatar Petroleum in the roll out of its strategy and values, code of conduct and life-saving rules. She was also a key member of the Shell Pearl GTL Goal Zero PMO. Her work has included developing strong cadres of champions to deliver engagement sessions at all levels. She has continued to coach many of the champions to enhance their capability in sustaining the desired cultures.

Sandy attended the School of Coaching In London and has a Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP), Timeline Technology and  Breakthrough Coaching from India.
