Renat has over 20 years of experience in consultancy and HSES advisory in Kazakhstan, UAE, and Russia. He has built a reputation for forming strong relationships with leaders, which has earned him positive feedback from Chevron’s top executives. His ability to form strong relationships with business and project leaders, has laid a strong JMJ foundation for future support of Chevron’s major capital projects worldwide.

As a JMJ team member, Renat has led several major engagements, including KPO, TCO MCP, and Chevron Future Growth Project. He also led IIF™ at two major areas of the project, which involved managing a workforce of 12,000 employees. Renat’s expertise and experience were recognized within the JMJ team when he was assigned as a Pulse Surveys Subject Matter Expert for FGP MCP.

Renat is a graduate member of IOSH and a certified IOSH and NEBOSH IGC trainer. He is also a NEBOSH International Diploma holder. Besides his extensive experience in the health and safety industry, including offshore projects such as Kashagan (Kazakhstan) and Upper Zakum (UAE), Renat has a degree in drilling engineering and a master’s in foreign language teaching. His broad expertise and experience make him a valuable consultant in the HSES advisory field. He is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
