Nick “Jago” Johnson is a culture consulting professional with considerable experience in industry, training, coaching, and empowerment of people from different cultures in difficult situations. He has extensive experience in coaching senior leadership as well as first-hand knowledge of construction projects, from worker to boardroom.

Jago started his career in the UK construction industry before serving in the British Army. When he left the army, Jago worked for Laing O’Rourke (LOR), a leading global construction company, in project and operations management, prior to becoming a health safety and environmental (HSE) leader. And as a qualified construction and HSE professional, he understands culture transformation from a client’s point of view.

Since joining JMJ, Jago has been integral to the successful development of IIF design & implementation, asset development (building high performance projects), leadership development, and cultural renewal, working with clients in Europe, Africa the Middle East, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Jago is a qualified executive coach with a proven success record coaching leadership teams, senior management, and directorship in global companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in education as well as numerous construction industry project management and engineering qualifications. He lives in Norfolk, England with his wife and two daughters.
