Nella joined JMJ Associates in 2022. She brings 20 years of professional experience, mainly in project management and procurement. She holds master’s degrees in management from the Paris Graduate School of Management and procurement and innovation from Kedge Business School. She is also a certified trainer and life coach at Jay Shetty Certification School (accredited by Association for Coaching and TRACCERT Canada).

Added to that, Nella is a certified PCM (Process Communication Model®) trainer, This is an innovative communication tool developed by a world renowned clinical psychologist that is based on personality profiling and human behavior observation. It enables businesses to shape, drive a positive and motivating environment, while promoting organizational effectiveness.  

Before Joining JMJ, Nella spent several years supporting organizations like Guinea Alumina Corporation,  Eramet, Vodafone and others in building relationships and improving processes. Nella also spent 10 years with Rio Tinto holding several roles ensuring organizational efficiency and enhancing procurement performance.

Born in Benin, Nella is a globetrotter who has lived in six countries and three continents.
