Mark Britton has more than 30 years’ experience working with a broad range of clients in over 40 countries and in many sectors including oil and gas, chemical and mining sectors. Working with senior leadership teams globally to build high‐performance organizations and Incident and Injury‐Free™ (IIF™) safety cultures, in organizations with significant development initiatives, operating companies and with major capital project teams. Mark co‐founded JMJ in the EMEA region and has held several senior global roles including CEO, COO and director of marketing and sales throughout the company’s international expansion.

The initiatives Mark designs and delivers with clients, break down the business and cultural barriers that exist between companies and functions on projects or within organizations. This enables clients to create and realize complimentary opportunities that far exceed their stated business objectives.

Before his consulting career, Mark spent seven years working for BP in the UK and Venezuela where he held a number of procurement, contracts and materials management positions.

Mark has a BA (Hons) in business management and an MSc in the management of change from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. He is currently undertaking his MSc in consulting and coaching for change at Oxford University/HEC.
