Louise has partnered with leaders in multiple organizations to achieve unprecedented levels of business performance in often complex and challenging environments. She works collaboratively with all levels in organizations to build leadership capability, develop shared values and transform cultures. Louise’s 22 years of consulting and executive coaching experience has led her to work around the world and in across a range of sectors including construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas and pharmaceuticals.

Louise has led several major safety engagements including with Skanska, BAM and Lend Lease, dramatically improving their safety performance by co-designing interventions and delivering them across multiple regions. As well as direct performance improvements clients have recognized other significant benefits including improved supply chain relationships, employee engagement, and morale, increased creativity and innovation.

Louise is a chartered mechanical engineer and M.I.Mech.E. She started her career in Unilever’s frozen food manufacturing business working as an engineer in operations and capital projects.

She earned an MBA (distinction) from the London Business School and a degree in engineering science from Jesus College, Oxford University. In recognition of her experience and expertise in the industry, Louise has been a judge for the annual UK Construction Industry Health and Safety Awards and has spoken at a number of corporate events.
