Lorenzo graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Rome in psychological and behavioral science and holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. He is a teaching member of the American Psychological Association and has been a guest lecturer at the Rotterdam University, the Amsterdam Nyenroode Business University, the University of Keele (UK) and the Università di Parma (Italy).

Lorenzo Gallinari has over two decades of experience leading transformative engagements in the fields of organizational and cultural change domain across diverse sectors. His areas of expertise include human performance, organizational change, safety leadership, project management, leadership development, and psychology workshops and seminars.  

Among his notable consulting achievements, Lorenzo spearheaded a global safety leadership initiative for Ericsson, demonstrating his ability to drive impactful change on a worldwide scale. He also assumed a leadership role within the JMJ Kazakhstan team, overseeing the development of safety culture and champions on a significant 35,000-person capital project. 

He spent a year in the Middle East while working with Joint Operations and has provided advanced management tools and cultural change programs to organizations such as Heineken, Citibank, Chevron, BG Group (British Gas), BP, DHL, Heathrow Airport, London Stock Exchange, Rio Tinto, Eni, Schiphol Airport, Shell, and BHP Billiton.
