Jey Lee  joined JMJ in 2017. His consulting approach is adaptive, customized to the characteristics of the project and site, and he is especially strong in leadership coaching and developing a self-generative and sustainable high-performing culture throughout the organization. Jey has a deep understanding in the overall project cycle of mega- sized projects.

Before JMJ, Jey worked as a project manager of plant building construction on Kuwait National Petroleum Company’s Clean Fuels Project where he was responsible for construction management and subcontractor interface management for the construction of 50 operation and control buildings. Having completed a leadership coaching program with JMJ’s School of Coaching, he volunteered to be his company’s Incident and Injury-Free champion. In this capacity, Jey influenced the entire joint venture of the three largest EPC corporates; JGC, GS and SK, and delivered IIF orientation to employees and coaching front-line supervisors to strengthen safety leadership and cause cultural transformation. Prior to joining the project site, Jey worked in SKEC’s Head office as Middle East EPC marketing manager for pre-qualification, proposal and contracting of KNPC Clean Fuels Project (CFP).

Jey has an international background. He is fluent in English and Korean, and lived in Indonesia for eight years. He has a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Yonsei University in Korea.
