Harry Yang is a transformation-based managing consultant who is strongly committed to generating breakthrough results. Harry has 11 years of consulting experience on mega scale oil and gas, construction, shipbuilding projects in the Middle East (Qatar, UAE and Kuwait) and Asia (South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia) in partnership with global clients such as Shell, Chevron, Qatar Petroleum and Maersk. His knowledge of Asian and Western cultures has helped him effectively align intercultural conflicts in multinational environments.

Prior to joining JMJ, Harry worked as a leadership and HSE trainer on the world largest gas to liquids (GTL) plant, Qatar Shell Pearl GTL Project. He was responsible for delivering first-class leadership and management training to over 6,500 senior managers and front-line supervisors from 50 different countries. Harry was also a member of the HR reform team at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) headquarters in Paris, France.

Harry is an American-Korean who was born in the US and grew up in France. He obtained degrees in international management and French from the University of Bath in England, and is fluent in Korean, English and French. Harry lives in Seoul with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys cycling in the summer and skiing in the winter.
