Barron Lozano joined JMJ Associates in 2014 and brings more than 20 years’ experience of leadership development, coaching, safety and High-Performance Projects to the oil & gas and high technology industries. Along with Barron’s seasoned leadership building capability, her superpower is the ability to connect and relate to employees at every level in the organization. Meaningful front-line engagement is a hallmark of her contribution to the team.

Barron specializes in leadership development, operations and project management, alliance management, government relations, corporate social responsibility, and business development. Her background includes strategy, business management, marketing, and operations. 

Barron received her Master’s in public affairs from University of Texas – Lyndon B Johnson School of Public Affairs, a Masters in global marketing from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts from Austin College.

Barron lives in Houston, Texas. She has two sons, with the last one graduated from college and attending law school in New York. Barron is an avid cyclist and rides her bike whenever she can. In her spare time, she is a volunteer leader with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Houston and teaches safe cycling classes.
