Andy Erickson joined JMJ in 2006, and has since led numerous culture transformation engagements for clients including Jacobs Engineering, Skanska Flour, LyondellBasell an British Petroleum.

Andy works with clients to develop leaders, coach teams and transform organizational cultures. His specialties include High-Performance Projects™ and Incident and Injury-Free™. He has a unique ability to connect with leaders from the C-suite to the frontlines and is a dynamic speaker, engaging facilitator and supportive (but provocative) coach. Andy relentlessly focuses on the question, “now what?”, challenging individuals and teams to convert their commitments into practical actions and real-world results.

Before joining JMJ, Andy was with Boeing for seventeen years. During his tenure, he held a variety of management positions, leading factory crews on the 777, planning the 787 final assembly process, and implementing lean manufacturing techniques based on the Toyota Production System.

Andy holds a masters degree in organization systems, and a bachelors in economics. He and his wife Ceil live in Seattle, WA. In his spare time, Andy reads, plays golf and is a competitive powerlifter in the Masters 2, +120kg division.
