JMJ is proud to support Construction Safety Week 2025, taking place May 5-9. Now in its 11th year, this initiative continues to raise awareness and drive action on workplace safety—an issue deeply aligned with JMJ’s core values.
This year’s theme, All In Together, underscores three key pillars: Plan, Own, Commit, encouraging companies and workers to take collective responsibility for the safety and success of their teams and projects.
At JMJ, we believe safety is a shared commitment, woven into the fabric of cultures,” says William Savage, Principal Consultant. “It’s about creating an environment where everyone feels responsible and empowered to ensure safety and performance go hand in hand. That’s why we’re committed to supporting Construction Safety Week and championing a culture of safety excellence, every day, moment by moment.”
As a founding member and sponsor, JMJ will share insights, practical tools, and resources across its social platforms to inspire meaningful conversations about workplace well-being and safety. Participating organizations will have access to free online resources, including:
All In Together reflects JMJ’s belief that a strong safety culture comes from collaboration where everyone speaks up, communicates early, takes ownership, and commits to safety. The lessons learned during Construction Safety Week extend far beyond the event, shaping safer and more effective workplaces year-round.
