During the event, Andy Mais will share his insights and expertise on how to create a culture of safety where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute to the organization’s safety goals.
Will Burrus, alongside Teddy Hebo Larson, a partner consultant, will discuss leading a large-scale cultural transformation project across Europe in an organization with more than 10,000 employees. They will explore the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and how to create a culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
Lorenzo Gallinari will be joined by fellow psychologist, Dr. Emma Hepburn, to explore psychological safety as a pre-requisite for sustainable human performance rather than a management buzzword. In addition to these presentations, Dansk Offshore Safety Conference will feature various industry and academic speakers and presenters covering topics such as the impact of the energy transition on safety, creating a culture of safety in diverse teams, and leading for safety in complex and changing environments.
