Organizational Psychologist, MS Clinical Psychology and Senior Consultant
Lorenzo graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Rome in psychological and behavioral science and holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. He is a teaching member of the American Psychological Association and has been a guest lecturer at the Rotterdam University, the Amsterdam Nyenroode Business University, the University of Keele (UK) and the Università di Parma (Italy).
Lorenzo has over two decades of experience designing and leading engagements in the fields of psychological safety, leadership, and cultural change across diverse sectors. His areas of expertise include psychology, neuroscience, human behaviours and performance, organizational change, safety leadership, project management and leadership development.
Among his notable consulting achievements, he designed and steered the development of a safety culture for Chevron in Europe, in Central Asia, in Africa and in the Middle East developing trainers, champions and leaders on major capital projects. In the recent past he spearheaded a global safety leadership initiative for Ericsson, demonstrating his ability to drive impactful change on a worldwide scale.
Lorenzo has worked in more than 30 different countries across the globe, providing psychological training and cultural change programs in four different languages to organizations such as Heineken, Citibank, Chevron, BG Group (Shell), BP, DHL, Heathrow Airport, London Stock Exchange, Borsa Italiana, Ericsson, Rio Tinto, Eni, Schiphol Airport, and BHP Billiton.
