Celebrating a successful partnership between JMJ and the Dansk Offshore Safety Conference

JMJ is proud to continue its partnership with the Dansk Offshore Safety Conference. The 2024 conference, themed “Mastering Safety Across Generations,” closely aligns with JMJ’s commitment to creating strong, sustainable safety cultures in dynamic and evolving industries.
JMJ will moderate the event for the sixth year, Principal Consultant, Andy Mais serving as moderator. Andy will be joined by Senior Consultant and Psychologist, Lorenzo Gallinari, who will deliver a presentation titled, How to Create a Safe Learning Environment Across Generations. In this session, Lorenzo will explore the critical role psychological safety plays in creating a holistic safety culture that supports a diverse, multi-generational workforce.
