During his career, Das has facilitated training and development sessions for high profile clients such as Qatar Energy, Qatar Gas, Oryx GTL and Public Work Authority (Ashghal). His skill in creating high-performance cultures in maintenance, operations and construction has regularly earned positive feedback from top executives.

Das holds several certifications including HABC Level 3, OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH IGC, and is an ISO 45001 certified QHSE Professional. He has implemented training and safety programs aimed at enhancing safety culture and improving employee performance across all levels of an organization.
