Born and raised in Tamil Nadu, India, Premnath has over two decades of leadership and consulting in the construction and oil and gas industries. He has worked extensively with multicultural project teams in countries including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, and Algeria.

Premnath began his construction career at Al Juraib Steel Building, where he gained valuable experience in steel structure fabrication. He continued to build this knowledge at Darsait Heights Trading & Contracting LLC. His commitment to excellence and keen attention to detail led to senior positions with prestigious companies such as Mustafa Kamal Ashraf Trading & Contracting LLC and JGC Construction international Pte Ltd. Most recently, Premnath was an Advisor at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company where he drew on his extensive experience to offer personal insurance guidance to clients.

In addition to his professional achievements, Premnath is fluent in English, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Arabic. These linguistic skills have helped him communicate and connect with team members, clients, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
