Austin, Texas, April 04, 2022 – JMJ, a global cultural transformation consulting firm specializing in safety, sustainability, and business performance, today announced the appointment of Larry Pearlman as Managing Director – Americas Market Leader. Pearlman, a recognized expert in culture transformation, will lead and develop JMJ’s consulting team and client work as the company continues its expansion in the Americas region.

Pearlman joins JMJ from Marsh McLennan, a global professional services firm, where he led the safety consulting and risk practice. He has helped clients reduce operational risk, transform safety performance, and improve personal and fleet safety. Larry is a recognized expert in safety culture, safety management systems, enterprise risk, leadership, and cultural change. He has been instrumental in designing and implementing transformational change efforts for numerous Fortune and FTSE 100 companies across aviation, energy, manufacturing, and transportation.
