JMJ’s International Market Leader, Mark Britton, is attending National Social Housing Safety and Compliance Week to speak about psychological safety.
This annual event is dedicated to shining a spotlight on safety and compliance at an operational, strategic, and cultural level. It also supports Dame Judith Hackitt’s calls for the housing sector to act faster and address safety cultural issues.
The theme of this year’s event, which is taking place between 7-11 March, is ‘Challenge for Safety.’ The week will include educational and visionary online sessions from an inspirational lineup of speakers. Mark is leading a session, ‘How leaders can create psychological safety to support health and safety performance,’ which starts at 10am on Thursday 10 March.
