AUSTIN, TEXAS, October 15, 2018 — JMJ Associates (JMJ), the leading global management consultancy specializing in culture and safety leadership, recently made two C-level appointments. JMJ CEO Sue Steele appointed Anne Prichard as chief human resources officer and Andy Fisher as chief financial officer. Both positions report directly to the CEO, and work closely with the rest of the executive leadership team, the board of directors and the firm’s partners amid JMJ’s continued rapid growth.

“We warmly welcome Anne and Andy to the JMJ community,” said Steele. “Anne’s robust experience in human resources makes her superbly qualified to lead our talent development and inspire our community of consultants to bring greater customer value. And Andy brings significant industry experience and an outstanding track record in finance, which are vital strengths for JMJ’s global expansion plans.”

Ms. Prichard is an experienced senior leader with a 25-year career in organizational development and human resources. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in corporate HR and has led human resources departments for publicly traded, multinational businesses operating in the telecom, construction and pharmaceutical sectors. Most recently, she served as VP of HR for Jacobs Engineering, supporting operations in EMEA.

“I’m thrilled to join JMJ, a global company with a 30-year legacy of making a profound difference in people and organizations around the world,” said Ms. Prichard. “I look forward to driving a collaborative culture and an extraordinary employee experience.”

Mr. Fisher is a chartered accountant, with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining JMJ, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for KBR’s engineering and construction segments for the Americas. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a broad range of expertise in the areas of financial planning and analysis as well as project accounting.

“I am happy to join the JMJ team at such an exciting time,” said Mr. Fisher. “The company has a strong balance sheet and a willingness to create innovative opportunities. I look forward to building on this strong platform.”

JMJ has recently recruited many new leaders and consultants from recognized organizations to support its client growth. JMJ is actively recruiting individuals with expertise in all offices, while fostering a culture that leverages employee engagement and satisfaction.
