Mr. Betti worked for JMJ for almost six years in the early 2000’s. Accredited by the International Coach Federation, Brian facilitates improvements in employee and organizational performance through face-to-face consultation with both individuals and corporate leaders. He is also an expert in advanced error reduction methodologies.

Betti earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne in California and is also ICF-accredited in solution-based coaching from Erikson College’s coaching program.
