Micheal Huvane’s mission in life is to unleash the human spirit within businesses to solve complex and adaptive challenges.
He relishes growth and development, bringing a “hunger for learning” to our clients.
Micheal is a student of organizational transformation, believing in the words of Peter Drucker “Culture eats strategy for breakfast”. He has the ability to develop leadership in such a way that moves organizational culture. Creating a space of intimacy and trust in which people feel safe enough to speak up, contribute and solve complex problems.
In his 34-year career at JMJ, he has brought this approach to hundreds of our clients and touched thousands and thousands of people in 33 countries across the globe – from Angola to the north slope of Alaska, from Bangkok to Dublin, from Shanghai to the Atacama Desert in Chile.
Micheal was JMJ’s global client manager for the third-largest oil and gas company in the world and for the global aerospace manufacturing company with a workforce of 160,000.
He is currently working with a client on the largest capital project in the USA, the airport expansion at LaGuardia Airport in New York, as well as the largest mining and metals project in the world, the Growth Spence Option Mine in Chile.
He has pioneered JMJ’s approaches in safety (Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™)) and in Quality (Defect-Free Performance) as well as JMJ’s High-Performance Teams approach.
