Jeff Williams is Chief Executive Officer of JMJ Associates and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He joined JMJ in October 2020, bringing 24 years of extensive global consulting experience, with a track record of catalyzing extraordinary value for a broad range of Fortune 500 clients.

Designing and executing innovative consulting solutions that bring people to the center of the solution, Jeff works with top level executives of complex organizations, who are looking for results beyond the predictable.

Jeff is an expert in the energy sector and is passionate about digitalization and bringing total solutions to businesses and capital projects. He has authored dozens of articles and regularly speaks at events.

Prior to becoming CEO at JMJ Associates, Jeff served as the Global Consulting Leader for EY’s Oil & Gas Practice, while also leading the America’s Energy Consulting Business. Before EY, Jeff served as General Manager for Slalom Consulting, a modern, cross-industry strategic consulting business. Jeff began consulting career with Accenture and served many of the largest clients in the Energy Sector.

Jeff is actively involved with technology start-ups in the Houston community, and is a co-founder and board member of Umbrage Studios, a creative product development studio headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He is also currently undertaking his MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change at Oxford University/HEC
